The room we had was huge and bright with nice hot tea and another sitting area at the balcony and cozy futon. The location was particularly good, near a bus stop and easy to find.

Also, location was favourable and magnificent, within walking distance of Takachiho-jinja. Plus the hotel was within walking distance to eateries and restaurants.

We had a one-of-a-kind experience staying at a traditional ryokan. The spacious tatami room was clean and comfortable, with separate compartments for the toilet, shower, and wash-hand basin. The location was great, with a traditional sushi restaurant right across the road. The owner was very friendly and helped us make a reservation at a famous restaurant. Even though there were some minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel's location was favourable as it was in front of a bus stop.

The rooms were really spacious and comfortable, perfect for a big group of people traveling together. the owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even with the language barrier. the breakfast was delicious and provided us with a local taste. the location was great with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas. And finally, the traditional tatami-style room made us feel like we truly got to experience the local culture.
The parking lot was quite small and required some precision driving skills to fit. the Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bit spotty and inconsistent, although it worked just fine in the lobby and common areas.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was situated near the bus terminal. The room was spacious and comfortable to stay in during my business trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating as they kept the air conditioning at a good temperature, and always had a smile on their faces.
The hotel felt a bit dated and could use some refurbishment. , there were not many amenities such as a coin laundry, making it challenging to maintain my clothes clean during an extended stay.

The establishment boasts a great location, with excellent transport links and proximity to key attractions. Rooms are spacious, with some featuring stone gardens or balconies. Staff are friendly and accommodating, with some offering multilingual service. Guests can enjoy traditional tatami rooms, onsen hot spring baths, and even free taxis to local events.
Some guests have noted that the hotel building itself is quite old and in need of refurbishment.

I stayed at a traditional Japanese hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The location was quiet and conveniently located near transportation. The authentic Japanese breakfast was delicious.
All was perfect.
